Zachariah Joder

I am an aspiring real estate developer, experienced designer and strategist, and entrepreneur from New Orleans, living in Somerville, MA. My professional interests lie at the intersection of built space, technology, and people. I believe in the value that purposefully constructed spaces can create, not just for the inhabitants, but the larger community as a whole.

I currently work for a privately owned real estate company in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. My work there is focused on developing and maintaining relationships, managing tenant build outs, and leading capital development projects from an ownership perspective.

I make things constantly. As a designer, entreprenuer, and former chef - I am deeply aware that the effort, approach, and materials put in, are indicative of the end result. As such- I despise monotony, prize autonomy, and enjoy thoughtfully and resourcefully solving problems.

Over the last several years, I have endeavored to surround myself with people who share my ambitions, and who have skill sets that are complementary to my own. It takes the right team, relationships, and enormous effort to bring an idea to physical fruition. This practice has helped me develop my network and proved to be an incredibly rewarding experience.
